Delivery
Dispatch: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment. We don’t dispatch on weekends or public holidays, and it can take a little longer during busy periods.
Delivery: We deliver across the UK via Royal Mail. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 after dispatch.
Cost: UK delivery is £2.99. Free on orders over £15. The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking: Where tracking is available, we’ll email you the details once your order has been dispatched.
Returns & refunds
Changed your mind? You can cancel your order and return items within 14 days of receiving them. Email milotrustz1@gmail.com with your order number to start a return. Please don’t send anything back before we’ve confirmed, as unrequested returns can’t be accepted.
Condition: Items should be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of opened personal care products unless they’re faulty.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item? Contact us as soon as you notice, ideally within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo. We’ll replace it or refund you.
Refunds: Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll refund your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
